About Discovering Serenity

Discovering Serenity is the blog of Neloran, a survivor of complex trauma and severe dissociation. This website began as a personal blog detailing the authors DID-specific therapy. Although that blog still remains on this site, Nel has expanded her reach through the online DID Community by being active in survivor communities both private and public. Nel is a firm believer in the healing power of connecting with other survivors and sharing of resources to address living with dissociative disorders.
